This
project was a renovation and two-storey addition to accommodate a new office,
washroom, elevator, lobby, and supporting services at the school. The existing
Principal’s office, washroom and entry vestibule was demolished to receive the
new addition. The addition is separated from the existing school by a one hour
fire rating and the new construction is sprinklered. The staff room on the
second floor was divided to create a new barrier free washroom. Site work
included patching and repairing the existing concrete sidewalks and asphalt
paving. |
