This project is an addition to the existing school building to incorporate three new full day kindergarten classrooms, a custodial room, a kindergarten storage room and connecting corridor link to the existing school. This project includes interior renovations within the adjacent spaces that are affected by this addition, as well as site work and site remediation. Some of the minor works include demolition, new masonry walls, foundations, roof structure, roofing, aluminum windows, new millwork, flooring, ceilings, painting, mechanical & electrical and site servicing work. |
