This project involves interior renovations to upgrade and expand the facilities for the fire fighters and to replace the roof as it was at the end of its service life. These improvements include roof & window replacement, re-pointing of masonry cracks, replacement of the mechanical systems, upgrading of electrical, lighting, communications & paging systems, expansion of dormitories, new washroom & shower facilities, and new interior finishes.
