Dennis Kuepfer has been employed in the construction industry for over forty years doing project management, estimating, designing, and job coordination for a vast array of projects throughout the Industrial/Commercial/Institutional construction sector. In April 1989, Dennis opened Dakon Construction Ltd.
James joined Dakon Construction in 1997, after graduating from Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology with a diploma in Environmental Engineering Technology. James has worked his way through the ranks beginning in the field, and is now one of Dakon’s senior estimators / project managers. James joined the ownership team in 2005. James has completed and received his LEED AP accreditation and is currently working towards his Gold Seal designation.
Ryan has been with Dakon since 2001, after graduating from Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technology with a diploma in Construction
Engineering Technology. Ryan joined the ownership team in 2008. Ryan has also completed and received his LEED AP accrediation and is currently working towards his Gold Seal designation.
Steve joined Dakon’s team in May of 2007 after he obtained a diploma from Conestoga College in the Construction Engineering Technology –
Architecture program. Since with Dakon, Steve has also obtained his LEED AP accrediation and a Gold Seal Certificate from the Canadian Construction Association. Steve joined the ownership team in 2018.
Dakon Construction’s field staff is comprised of about 14 site superintendents, 15 licensed carpenters, and numerous general labourers. Many of Dakon’s senior site superintendents have been with Dakon Construction for over 10 years, and bring with them many more years of experience in the construction industry.
Mike is an ambitious construction professional, whom also joined Dakon upon graduating from the Archecture – Construction Engineering Technology program in 2015. Mike is accurate and precise and comes from a well experienced family construction background.
A versitile addition to Dakon’s team, Vianna Dakon joined in April of 2019 after obtaining a diploma from Conestoga College in the Architecture – Construction Engineering Technology program. Vianna’s previous on site and office experience in construction combined with her education have allowed her to grasp concepts quickly and become an important part of the Dakon Team.
Matt’s years of site experience have given him the knowledge and ability to streamline the building process and complete projects on schedule. Matt’s high level of understanding of trade work, materials and equipment allow him to push the project schedule while maintaining high quality builds.
