This project is the construction of a new washroom facility at Victoria Park on Jubilee Drive in Kitchener. This new facility will be a one-storey, 1,171 square foot building with a covered front porch at the main entrance, a vestibule, a female washroom, a male washroom, a unisex washroom, and a mechanical/electrical room. The building construction is made up of concrete block walls with a brick veneer on the exterior, and a wood framed roof with shingles. |
